Our consultancy services are also designed to work hand in hand with training – to create one impactful, deliverable solution. All our trainers and consultants are professional industry experts… as are our mystery shoppers and auditors.

Our Mystery Shopper Services

Unlike the vast majority of agencies providing mystery shopper services, we believe that the most valuable results come from people who really know what they are talking about. For this reason we use bar and hospitality professionals to carry out ALL of our audits, and believe that the results speak for themselves.

All projects are managed by a highly experienced TTS Project Manager, who will allocate mystery shoppers as appropriate, matching their relevant experience to the specific requirements of the audit. Our network spans across the UK and Ireland, ensuring that we are able to provide our services to both national and regional chains alike.

TTS Project Managers will also synchronise mystery shopper activity into an overall development strategy that may include training and/or consultancy.

Our Mixologists

TTS works with some of the UK’s most renowned cocktail bartenders and Mixologists, who have built up their enviable reputations in many of the UK’s top style bars and venues. There are few people in the business who know more about new drinks, flavours, trends and combinations, and fewer still who can create more exciting and unique cocktails or drinks - to exactly meet your brief.

Your Signature Drinks

Mixologists can be briefed to create one or numerous signature cocktails that can be used for both events and promotional materials or we can even create full drinks menus across all WET categories to match your brand/venue’s style and offering, guest’s expectations and GP requirements.

Your Branded Equipment

Mixologists can also be consulted for the development of branded cocktail/bar equipment and glassware, to ensure that products are practical and durable, as well as highly desirable to both trade and consumers.

Our Brand Ambassadors

Brand Ambassadors can be an extremely impactful and credible means of promoting a brand, particularly within the on-trade. TTS is happy to partner you with established Mixologists (or Bartenders) who match your key brand values and objectives to create profitable working relationships. We can also advise on how to get the most out of your existing Brand Ambassadors to ensure maximum return on investment.
