Our Preparation is key to our success

In order for training to be credible and impactful, it is vital that our trainers are fully familiar with your brand and business before performing live training. For all new and bespoke courses, our trainers are asked to pilot the training internally (and externally to key stakeholders/sample delegates if appropriate) before going live. Through this process we can be confident that trainers are thoroughly informed and comfortable with all course content before delivering it live. Where relevant, we may also ask trainers to perform an observation shift(s) in a sample venue to ensure that they have a detailed understanding of specific operational procedures.

Our Trainers

Our trainers are credible and passionate individuals with years of practical industry experience. They know what happens behind bars, counters and tills because they have been there, seen it and done it themselves. Trainers are carefully selected for each programme based on their knowledge, skills and relevant training background. In this way we can ensure that our trainers match the exact requirements and objectives of the project for maximum results every time.

Our support to trainers

To ensure that our trainers continue to grow and develop their own skills, we hold training sessions to which key trainers are invited. This not only helps them to refresh, acquire and share knowledge and skills, but also gives us the benefit of their specialist, up-to-date insights, which in turn helps us to ensure that our training programmes are consistently leading edge, as well as relevant and credible to delegates.
