'We have been working with The Training School (TTS) for the last two years in conjunction with our supplier Coca Cola.The level of support and experience provided by TTS for the design, development and implementation of training for our Lounge and Bar team members has been invaluable.

TTS are not a ‘one size fits all’ training provider.  They work with you to tailor your training programme to the needs of your business and they try to meet the objectives that you have as a company for implementing a training programme.  We were so impressed in 2009 when we used TTS to support the role out of our Lounge and Bar standards, that at the end of 2010 we worked with them again to deliver a refresh of the standards and a focus on beverage service and sales for the upcoming Festive Season.

Mystery Shopper

‘The Training School helped define a very effective mystery shop programme across our National Hotel Customers hotel base, including Hilton, De Vere and Accor. The programme focused not only on the Customer Experience front of house, but also back of house, looking at defined factors influencing quality of serve such as Postmix equipment cleaning, cellar management and stock rotation. The audits were tailored to individual hotel brand standards with customers input and mystery shoppers debriefing Hotel staff on site with the results incorporating corrective actions and supporting staff with "Make it Special" educational materials. TTS' bespoke programme development and customer service levels were excellent, and the format and quality of feedback led to a step change improvement in Hotel soft drink quality.’
